How to Download an App The first time you tap on the Play Store, you may be prompted to sign in with your Google login and confirm your payment information. You will also be prompted to permit a backup of apps to your Google account. Tap your finger on the Apps icon located in the bottom-right of the home screen. Swipe left and right with your finger until you find the Play Store icon. Tap it. Tap the magnifying glass in the bottom right.
